1.2 By purchasing any goods from us through our website www.lamperia24.com (the "Website") or other channels, you agree to these terms and conditions ("Terms of Sale"). These terms apply unless otherwise agreed between you and us in writing.

1.4 These Terms of Sale do not apply if you are purchasing goods on behalf of a legal entity or business. For business customers, please see Section 10.
2. PRICES AND PAYMENT
2.1 All prices listed on our Website are in Euro (€) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
2.2 Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed during the checkout process.
2.3 We accept payments via Stripe. When processing payments, certain data will be transmitted to Stripe, including information required to complete the payment, such as the total amount or billing information.
2.4 All duties and taxes are included in the prices unless otherwise specified.
3. ORDERS
3.1 You must be at least the legal age in your country or have permission from a parent or guardian to place an order with us.
3.2 By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Sale and our Privacy Policy. Orders are binding only once we send a confirmation email to you.
3.3 We reserve the right to cancel orders due to special circumstances, such as stock availability, pricing errors, or technical issues. If we change the price after your order is placed but before delivery, we will notify you, and you may cancel the order if you do not agree to the new price.
3.4 Products purchased are intended for personal use only. For commercial use, please refer to Section 1.4.
4. DELIVERY
4.1 We create each product upon order. Estimated shipping times are provided on our Website but may vary.
4.2 If there are delays in delivery, you will be notified via email. You may cancel your order if the delay is significant.
4.3 Goods are considered delivered when received by you. If goods are damaged during transit, please contact us at help@lamperia24.com as soon as possible.
4.4 If you fail to collect your order from the designated pickup location, we may charge a return shipping and handling fee of €15.
5. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1 You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
5.2 To exercise your right of withdrawal, please email us at help@lamperia24.com with your order number and a clear statement of your decision to cancel.
5.3 We will refund your payment, including initial shipping costs (except for any extra delivery charges if you chose a non-standard delivery option), within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
5.4 Returned goods must be in their original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
5.5 If the returned goods are damaged or show signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess their functionality, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount.
6. WARRANTY
6.1 Our products come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This excludes damages resulting from improper use, accidents, or wear and tear.
6.2 If a defect is covered by the warranty, we will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.
6.3 To claim a warranty, contact us at help@lamperia24.com with details of the defect and your order information.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1 Our liability is limited to the price paid for the goods in question. We are not liable for indirect losses, business interruptions, or losses beyond our control.
7.2 We do not guarantee that images on our Website accurately reflect the exact appearance of our products due to variations in screen resolutions.
8. ASSIGNMENT
Neither you nor we may transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms of Sale to a third party without prior consent, except for our right to assign payment collection to a third party.
