Please Note
Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched. Once your order is in transit, our cancellation policy will apply.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the delivery date. Here's how:

📦 Return the Product:
  • We will provide you with a shipping label to return the lamp.
  • Ensure all components are included and the lamp is carefully packed in its original packaging.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition.
💸 Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of returning the lamp.
After receiving the returned product, you may place a new order for a different lamp if desired. For more details, please review our Terms of Sale.
Incorrect or Damaged Products

If you receive the wrong lamp or a damaged item, contact us at hello@lamperia24.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

For defects occurring within 1 year of delivery:

Return Shipping
  • If the warranty applies, we cover the return shipping costs.
  • Otherwise, you are responsible for the return shipping and any additional costs.
⚠️ Note: Defects caused by misuse, abnormal use, wear and tear, or accidents are not covered under warranty.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed promptly upon receipt of the returned lamp. Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Please Note:
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Unclaimed Shipments
In the event that a shipment remains unclaimed, the following policies apply:
