If a lamp doesn't feel right in your space, send it back within 14 days of delivery. We cover return shipping within the EU and issue a full refund — including original shipping — within 5 business days of receiving the lamp back.

How to start a return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return (it helps us improve).
  2. We send a prepaid return label by email (DPD or Speedy, depending on your country).
  3. Pack the lamp in its original box, drop at any pickup point or arrange courier collection.
  4. Refund hits your card within 5 business days of the lamp arriving back at the atelier.

Conditions

Damaged on arrival

It happens, rarely. Open the box on camera if you can — it makes claims faster. Email us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and the packaging. We dispatch a replacement at no cost, no questions, no need to send the damaged piece back.

Defects after use

Every lamp is bench-tested before shipping. If something fails in the first 12 months (cable, switch, socket), we replace the component or the whole lamp at our cost.

Outside the EU

Returns from outside the EU are accepted within 14 days, but the buyer covers return shipping. Refund includes the lamp price (not original international shipping).
