Returns & Warranties

• Return shipping: Consumer bears cost unless item is defective
• Refund: Within 14 days of withdrawal notification
• Custom items: Excluded from withdrawal right

• Original, unused condition
• Beyond legal minimum requirement
• Customer pays return shipping

• 1-year manufacturing defects
• LED bulbs only
• Report damage within 48 hours
• Standard electrical warranties
