Terms & Conditions.
These terms govern your purchase from "LAMPERIA24" EOOD (the "Atelier", "we", "us") via lamperia24.com (the "Site"). By placing an order you accept these terms. Read them — they're short.
1. Who we are
See Legal Notice for full company details (registered name, EIK, VAT, address, supervisory authority).
2. The product — how it's made
Every Lamperia24 lamp is made-to-order: we print, finish, wire and pack it for you specifically after we receive the order. This means:
- Production takes 3–5 business days before dispatch.
- Minor variations (surface texture, finish tone, layer lines) are inherent to hand-finished 3D-printed objects — not defects.
- Each lamp is photographed before dispatch.
3. Prices and currency
- All prices are shown in EUR (€), including 20% Bulgarian VAT (DDS) where applicable.
- Shipping within the EU is free. Non-EU customs duties and import VAT are the buyer's responsibility (see Shipping).
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at checkout when you confirm the order — subsequent changes don't affect you.
- If a price is obviously wrong (e.g. €5 for a €280 lamp due to a typo), we may decline the order and refund you in full. We won't be unreasonable about it.
4. Order process
- You add lamps to the Cabinet (cart) and click Checkout.
- You're redirected to Stripe-hosted checkout where you enter payment details. We never see your card number.
- On successful payment, you receive an order confirmation by email within minutes.
- A binding contract forms when the confirmation email is sent — not when the order is submitted.
- If we can't fulfil the order (out-of-stock material, pricing error, payment dispute), we contact you within 2 business days and refund in full.
5. Payment
- We accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA Direct Debit and major EU local methods — all processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified).
- Payment is taken in full at the time of order. We don't hold pre-authorisations or deferred charges.
- If your payment fails, we contact you within 1 business day and hold the order for 5 days.
6. Delivery
See Shipping for carriers, times and packaging. Summary:
| Stage | Time |
|---|---|
| Production | 3–5 business days |
| EU delivery (DPD / Speedy) | 5–9 business days |
| Total order → door | 8–14 business days |
Risk of loss passes to you when the courier hands you the parcel. Damaged on arrival → see §10.
7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As an EU consumer you have 14 days from receiving the lamp to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, under Directive 2011/83/EU.
To exercise this right, write to [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with the order number and your intent to withdraw. You can use the model withdrawal form (Annex I, Directive 2011/83/EU) — copy below:
Model withdrawal form — copy, fill in, send to [email protected]:

7.1 Conditions for the refund
- The lamp must be returned in its original packaging, unused, with all parts and accessories.
- You bear the direct cost of return shipping (typically €15–25 within the EU).
- We refund the full purchase price (including original outbound shipping) within 14 days of receiving the returned lamp, via the same payment method you used.
- The refund may be delayed until we receive the lamp or evidence you've sent it back, whichever is earlier.
7.2 Exceptions
The withdrawal right does not apply to:
- Bespoke lamps personalised to your specification (custom colour, custom shape, custom engraving) — Art. 16.c of Directive 2011/83/EU. We always tell you explicitly when this applies and ask for written consent.
8. Statutory warranty (2 years)
Every lamp carries a 2-year legal warranty of conformity under Directive 1999/44/EC and the Bulgarian ZZP, starting from the date of delivery. If the lamp is faulty (manufacturing defect, electrical failure, missing parts), you can ask us to:
- Repair it free of charge, or
- Replace it free of charge, or
- Get a partial or full refund, if repair / replacement is impossible or disproportionate.
How to claim: write to [email protected] with order number, a photo of the defect and a short description. We respond within 48h.
9. Damaged on arrival
If the parcel arrives damaged: photograph the box before opening, refuse the parcel from the courier if obvious external damage, then email us with photos within 48h of delivery. We arrange free replacement or full refund (your choice). Don't dispose of the damaged lamp until we tell you to — the courier may want to inspect.
10. Intellectual property
All 3D models, photographs, copy, and design elements on this Site are © Lamperia24 / Atelier de Burgas and protected by Bulgarian and EU copyright law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, scan or 3D-print our lamps without written permission.
The Lamperia24 name and logo are trademarks. The lamp designs are protected as unregistered EU Community Designs (Regulation 6/2002).
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability for any order is capped at the price you paid for that order.
- We're not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.
- Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be excluded by law.
12. Force majeure
We're not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control: courier strikes, natural disasters, energy disruptions, pandemic measures, war. If a force-majeure event lasts longer than 30 days, either party can cancel the order with a full refund.
13. Data protection
We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Card data is handled exclusively by Stripe — we never see it.
14. Disputes and applicable law
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts of Burgas, Bulgaria.
EU consumers may also use the Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr. The contact email for ODR is [email protected].
You can also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (KZP) at kzp.bg.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our practices or the law change. The version that applies to your order is the one published at the time you confirmed it. Subsequent changes don't affect existing orders.
16. Contact
Questions, complaints, withdrawal notices — all to: [email protected].
