Every Lamperia24 lamp is made-to-order in our atelier in Burgas, Bulgaria. Below: production time, dispatch, carriers, and destinations.
Free shipping from €50 within the European Union
All 27 EU member states. Orders of €50 or more ship free; below that a flat €10 is added at checkout. The threshold is on the order total, so two smaller lamps together usually clear it. Tracking number sent on dispatch.

Carriers
We ship via DPD (most EU destinations) or Speedy (Balkans). Both include parcel insurance up to €500.
Outside the EU
We ship worldwide: €15 to the Americas, €20 to the rest of the world. These destinations are arranged by hand — write to [email protected] with your delivery address and we'll send a payment link within 24 hours. Customs duties and import VAT are the buyer's responsibility.
Packaging
Each lamp is wrapped in acid-free tissue, surrounded by foam corners, and boxed in a corrugated double-wall carton. A warm-white E14 LED bulb (2700K) is packed with every lamp — nothing else to buy.
Tracking
Your tracking link arrives by email within 1 business day of dispatch. Lost-in-transit cases are resolved with a free replacement or full refund.
