About an order

Include your order number if you have one — it is in the confirmation email. Useful pages before you write:

Damaged on arrival? Photograph the lamp and the packaging and write within 48 hours — we dispatch a replacement at no cost and you keep the damaged piece.

Bespoke commissions

Send a sketch, a name, and a feeling. We come back with three studio photos and an edition number before the piece is finally wired. Custom work typically ships in 3–5 weeks.

Where we are

The atelier is in Burgas, Bulgaria, and every lamp is printed, finished and dispatched from there. We are a workshop rather than a showroom — if you would like to visit, write first and we will arrange a time.
